REPORT: Alberto Del Rio allegedly sexually assaulted a woman, telling him she would drop her son in the middle of the street

According to local news reports, the former WWE superstar was arrested following an incident that occurred on 3 May. News 4 in San Antonio reported that the victim told police that Alberto became angry with her and assaulted her, causing multiple injuries to her body.
The victim says that while she was informing the police about the incident, Alberto slapped her on the head and then asked her what she was doing. She says that he slapped her on the head again.
The victim told the police that they had gone down and they forced her to dance for her by wearing a dress. He then told her that she did not want to do what he had asked her, with Alberto reportedly saying that he would take her son and leave him somewhere in the middle of the road.
